On of the things that we love about our job is learning about subjects that we know nothing about! We had no idea that there was such a thing as “Dry Shampoo” or why it even existed. Ting Tang founder Purdey Collier filled us in and explained that the majority of dry shampoos don’t actually clean your hair - they just mask the smell and add shine.

Enter Ting Tang - a dry wash shampoo that does actually clean your hair. Purdey came up with the idea when her daughter developed an aversion to traditional hair washing. Realising that the ability to clean hair without water, anytime, anywhere, had huge benefits she developed Ting Tang - now and award-winning product with backing from Theo Paphitis’ SBS and NatWest Accelerator Programme for Entrepreneurs.

Ting Tang isn’t just for kids who hate hair washing - it’s also changed the lives of countless people in need of care, with disabilities, chronic illness, sensory issues, autism and apparently bald men who suffer from oily scalps! Now that is one revolutionary product. ATTFIELD took the rather serious looking Ting Tang lion mascot and gave him a revolutionary spray-painted makeover, along with a brand identity that balances fun with irreverence and approachability.
